Listing what you ordered might help to narrow it down. I know they sell lots of Borneo bananas so it could be one of those, they take a long time to germinate.

Something I should have done before posting.
I went back through old receipts and found this from 3 years ago:
- Ensete glaucum
- Ensete livingstonianum (= Ensete gilletii)
- Musa balbisiana var. balbisiana
I don't think it's Ensete, so that leaves only one choice: M. balbisiana. It does appear similar to a few images I found online. Of course, there's always the possibility the seeds were mislabeled.
