Something I should have done before posting. I went back through old receipts and found this from 3 years ago:
  • Ensete glaucum
  • Ensete livingstonianum (= Ensete gilletii)
  • Musa balbisiana var. balbisiana

I don't think it's Ensete, so that leaves only one choice: M. balbisiana. It does appear similar to a few images I found online. Of course, there's always the possibility the seeds were mislabeled.
