Question Your favorite tasting bananas?

For those that are growing many varieties, which are your favorite desert bananas and cooking bananas?

We have over 30 varieties planted, but only seven have produced so far. I have enjoyed the sweetheart (these developed over the winter and might have been smaller than they typically are)

and namwahs for eating out of hand.

We have Saba with developing fruit right now (anyone know if this is Saba 1 or 2?). This poor plant bloomed after being very dry and a little cold this past winter. Note sure how these will develop. Tasted them at Going Bananas last week and found them to be very good.

Interested to hear what other like (or any you do not like - have removed...if anyone does that).
