Orinoco does very well in a crawlspace, and probably very well in an attic if you have the dwarf variety. I have the tall kind and it gets pretty heavy, my largest one with a 10 foot stem weighed over 100 pounds last fall, and was still pretty heavy when I took it out of the crawlspace a couple of weeks ago. It reached 18 feet including leaves and was pretty impressive even growing in clayey soil.
