If your plant is indoors then what you are are seeing is normal.
A plants health will usually decline in the winter or fall months

A basjoo will usually show great decline in the winter indoors as well as other musa plants.
The neat part about these plants is that they are very forgiving....indoors or outdoors,

Your plants can die back to mush........and they should bounce back in your warm zone in no time.
From most of your other posts .......your doing good.
