Default How to awaken Bare root Orinoco?

I have a bunch of Orinoco Pstems under my house (still looking great), and am wondering what's the best way to wake these guys up in spring. The biggest is 10 foot, any tips on how close to last frost they can be set out (will a late frost hurt just pstems?), how to keep them from falling over, and how much to water, or not at first. I dont want to accidentally kill naners that made it all the way through winter.
