how did you arrive at those numbers? i've read that a fruit a day over the course of a year is enough to produce effects, but then there are so many other factors that need to be taken into account (cultivar, environment, etc.). i am sure a guanabana grown in the tropics could equal the effects of 10 grown in the subtropics. i am just curious, because 2 /year probably isn't going to cut it for me.
i personally don't think i could cut it out of my diet. my family grew up on soursop in the islands, so the reward of a good soursop every once in a while exceeds the perceivable risk to me.
