I tried it in Spaghetti sauce.. two different times! Wasn't bad Wasn't good either. But I had read where in Thailand it was popular in some dishes. I like the tea made from the leaves. I took one good living leaf and allowed it to dry. Stuck it in my food processor. just copied other tea bag sized and amounts and it was pretty good stuff. Ive made it quite a few times..
