Default Re: My Canadian Bananas and Tropicals

Things just seem to be starting to take off now, was hoping for better but there's still time. Seems like its just finally getting hot. Also once I get my new place Aug 1, I will be able to move a lot of the plants to Toronto where I am going to be spending most of my time in the near future, then the will get the attention they deserve.

June 13, 2014 - GN/DC, still has droopy leaves from the xmas ornaments. Got a good feeding and watering.

GN/DC #2, planted in the ground with all 3 pups, will separate later.

In the ground where the one basjoo was last year. RIP

Blood Orange tons of new growth!

Papayas are eff'ed! Biggest one is toast from sun burn, IMO this one has been a gonner since I sprayed it in winter and it lost its leaves.

Big taproot, got a little tangled.

Supposed to be replacement plant is also burnt, this one actually had leaves but apparently they burned off, and now its going super wonky. Growing lots of branches. Transplanted it up just to see what happens, I don't see me getting anything off it, although it does have a weird flower.

Dragon Fruit starting to branch

Some volunteer cukes, of which I may leave one ;-)

A lot of peony blooms this year.
