Not a very nice host but where I am for now. I have my eye on a little property (.46 acres). They're selling it as a lot with a "workshop" that includes a 1/2 bath; the county believes that's a block house. (Someone lived there once even if it's mostly a shell now.)
I spent today finding out about rehab permit requirements and cost. If the stupid RE agent who has this listed doesn't get back to me tomorrow, I'll call ANYONE with a license and go see it. Unless the pictures from 15 days ago are Photoshopped to the extreme, I'm making an offer. Cross your fingers, please, because if it happens, I'm starting my own "new house, God knows what I'll uncover but I'm going for it" thread. (And you guys get to help me figure out how to plant the property.)
