Default Re: Way to cold.

Never raised bananas up north; never thought to do so. (I was into figs.) Got a DC this past Mother's Day. She got toasted by 25F so I cut off what was mushy. She's now about 4' tall with a new leaf emerging. I have 4 pups in pots that were small enough to protect so they're fine. I'm not the one to advise about zone 7 or lower banana farming but others here are very experienced and can commiserate with you. You should post in Member Introductions; it's a great way to let others know about you.
