Unhappy Is this a virus?

This is actually a Canna that I grew from seed from two parents. The parents are Yellow king Humbert, and Red stripe which has well...red stripes lol. The reason I am posting this here is that I also have bananas but for now am keeping them separated because I am not sure if Canna virus is communicable with Banana. This is the first streak that has shown up on any of the Cannas leaves, it appears whitish and not really yellow, both parents are virus free as far as I can tell, and show no symptoms out of 30 or 40 plants. If it is I cant figure out where it would have came from. Do you think maybe having a parent with stripes has given the offspring some kind of weird variegation? Or do you think its a virus? If it is could it spread to my bananas?
