They really do look the same to me. The very big bloom (relative to the plant size) and the very colorful female flowers are traits of Rajapuri. The height it's fruiting for you is also very typical of that cultivar. Are you growing this in exactly the same spot you grew your known RP? If not, I'd be inclined to attribute the difference in height to a microclimate in your yard, or something like that. If you grow them side by side and they are different, then they are different! But it's not uncommon to have sports of the same cultivar that differ a bit in height. Aside from height, are there any noticeable differences that can't be attributed to microclimate or some small difference between what the mats get (e.g., water)?
