After I took off the blackened bits, of course, but those aren't your fault

and the dog was grateful.
Next time I'll try cinnamon in it, or add mashed overripe pear. Or both. Small dollops topped with ice cream would do for a posh dinner; maybe with flour it would be a ridiculously simple way of making banana bread - in a pan?! Hm... ideas from ideas... lucky I have loads of eggs in the house. And bananas!
