You mean like this!!!!!
This what happens when your container topples over and you do not catch it for THREE days, it is the plants response to wanting to grow vertical and towards a light source
The plant will lean at the slightest incline and it will always lean towards a light source........remedy rotate the container.
It took almost a month for this plant to go back to somewhat vertical.

EDit... I know your lean is more subtle than this, but it could be for the same reasons, however it is just a guess.
