Actually, if that's something in the Mysore subgroup (it certainly looks like it is), it could be banana streak virus. If so, you should probably get rid of it if it persists. Also be careful if you have citrus or pineapple mealybugs in your area, because they are the vectors. It can spread to your other banana plants if you're not careful. I say let it put out a few more leafs and if symptoms continue then pull it.
