I might have to check my bunch scale. Perhaps fruit is much more dense in Hawaii. I know this much: when I put a bunch that size on my scale, it doesn't come close. I can't really tell how many hands are on the bunch, but for me a 10 hand Nam Wah bunch comes in at roughly 40lbs. I am not too familiar with Williams bunches. Get a weight on one fruit. Your bunches take much longer to fill so maybe they are denser.
