I have family in Hana and I go there. They use Williams and Apple banana in their breads and sauces. Not Ice Cream. They will tell you that Ice Cream does not taste good in banana bread. Common sense not to make things up. They sell some fresh Ice cream banana as a novelty fruit. Trust me, they suck.
