Nice bunches. Now that I can see the characteristics of the rachis, I would say these are not Williams, which normally has a "clean" rachis. These have a messy rachis with retained floral relicts and bracts (below the bunch). That is more characteristic of Dwarf Cavendish and Grand Naine, so depending on the height, it's probably one of those varieties.
