Just got another haul of white sapotes, this time from my internship. They are huge, and they are delicious. The ones from the park are ripening, some are fully ripe. The park ones have a bit of a sour taste but are still excellent. I let my sister try one and she thought it was weird.
Definitely making a smoothie with them later!
