Hmmmm... One of the pics looks like germination might be ongoing. Why not put the seeds into sand (1/2 inch burial only) spacing them out so that they are less likely to infect each other... THEN WAIT!

If there is a germination going on you're not likely to be kept waiting for long.

BTW... the key to patience in horticulture (...well, I notice this in myself..) is to have very many projects ongoing; that way, every day you'll be seeing some sort of action! Never a boring moment!
