Default Re: What's blooming in your garden? (bananas)

Dan and Bo. I did a small, unreplicated experiment with bunch pruning of Dwarf Namwah. Two flowers emerged within two weeks of each other, both were the same size. I pruned off several hands to keep 8 on one and left the other unpruned and left the bell on. The fruit were bigger on the pruned bunch, but the time to ripen was no different. Your results may vary!
