Pot depends on size of root ball. I did this once when I lived up north. Use a dolly to roll it into the house . A hot water heater overflow tray works for a pan under the pot. Pot size just big enough to fit the root ball and add some potting mix to fill in gaps. Water in --- OUTSIDE and check for ants. South facing window in a heated room. You will get something.
