What did the temp drop to? Bananas are the opposite of fragile. Sure they can look shredded. But they will continue to grow fine as long as too much leaf material wasn't torn away and the pstem wasn't bent and cracked open. If too many roots broke off the mama corm that's a different story. Try righting it and fill in the soil gaps. And stake it too.
