Default Is SDC difficult to grow?

In some posts i've seen a "feeling" about super dwarf cavendish to be difficult, but without any more explanation/details. Is that true?
Has anybody succeded with SDC and had fruits?
I already have a SDC, High color mini and dwarf Red. Are they all difficult , or only the SDC?
If someone has cultivation tips, please let us know.
My climate is mediterranean: mild wet winters - hot dry summers(with high humidity in the mornings). Now is going to be winter, and all plants are in pots, in a protected south facing veranta, and so far min temp was 12 deg Celsius (55 Fahrenheit).
SDC is pushing a new leave in slow motion. High color mini seems a little faster. All the others are puting new leaves in normal speed.
