I ordered an Ensete Glaucum (as well as some other plants) from them and found the quality good; arrived in a 4" pot and was about 12" tall (this was about 2 months ago and it is now almost 24" tall). I was well aware of the pot size I was orderding and, to me, the cost was very reasonable - $15.
They are definitely young plants that are being shipped, but then this was one of the few companies that I could get the plant shipped to a location different from my billing address - this is the only way I could get the plants into Canada.
I would order from them again if they have what I am looking for.
