Are you growing for fun, fruit, or to sell the plants? Hopefully I'll be able to get something like that going over here in Montana. I went to a local nursery a couple days ago, and he said he shells out around $3,200 per winter in natural gas for his one giant greenhouse. I think I'd probally be cutting firewood to heat one if I get that far.
There are these big hot mudd pits in Hot Springs MT just south of me, that aren't used for anything just fenced off from cattle. I've been daydreaming about putting a greenhouse on top of one of those and not paying a cent for heating.
