The reason it put out so many pups while so young it that its a TC grown plant. In TC bananas,many buds proliferate early and produce a load of pups on the first cycle. Remove the largest one as its growing really swallow and won't make a good follower. The rest you can leave or remove as needed. It's preferable to leave the deep growing ones and remove all shallow growing ones
I would pile some more soil/compost and mulch around that banana too as it apprearing to be growing a little too shallow too.
