If you want to get the n with the tildae, you can do it by holding the Alt key down, while typing, on the keypad (the numbers, at the right side of the keyboard) 0241. This will give you ñ. For a capital N, use Alt plus 0209 (Ñ) These things are found on a "Character Map". You can probably find some by Googling that term.
