The rose could be due to growing conditions, probably nitrogen deficiency. Add some high nitrogen fertilizer and that, along with the light coloring on emerging leaves, should go away. My best guess is Namwah, since that's what Ice Creams floating around tend to be. It's definitely not the real thing, evidenced by the pink on the leaf margins and pseudostem. The real thing is supposedly completely green.

Here's my Ice Cream, which is probably a Namwah too for comparison.
