Default Re: White powdery film

Frankly, Abdullah, I cannot detect any white powder on your photo, accordingly I do not
feel it is worth worrying about at this time. If it was anything coming from the soil, it would
probably show up most prominently on the cutting surface, where the sap, containing the
stuff oozes out and dries up, not outside of the stem.

If it increases significantly you may have to consider it being powdery mildew. In that case
you may have to get some Serenade, a bio-friendly fungi fighter and spray it on.

I am pleased to see a kindred spirit in terms of Facebook. Its all pervasive presence and
intrusion on privacy as well as commercialization of the information they gather is
completely intolerable to me. I fail to see, why so many people - and not just kids, succumb
to their aggressive promotions

Best,
Olaf
