Some say sun ripened is best??, so they wait 'till one banana on the bunch is turning yellow before cutting the bunch. I usually follow that line .Using a bunch cover helps,especially when flying foxes are a threat to a bunch that is nearly ripe- I'd be really interested to see what others say about it? Does leaving the bunch growing till one is ripe, really make a difference to the taste of the banana?
