Thanks nannerfun! The photo is of the one Aby that I actually cut back (to the center leaf) and bring into my studio from (sadly) Sept to May. By the time spring comes around, she was looking so so awful, this
past spring I thought I'd lost her. But she really rallied! As of now, August, she's over 13 ft tall, in the same pot, same place on the deck as in the photo.
I have two more much younger ones, around 5 ft tall, first year with me, and one of them is really sick with something. (I think) The leaves are looking burned, yellow/brown and transparent in areas. It gets the exact same treatment as all my tropicals do, same sun, food, soil, water. I have posted on this site looking for help, but despite the much apprieciated replies, none has shed any light yet. What do you think?
