I've made tea from P. incarnata three times in the last two weeks. The tea is actually very nice if the leaves are allowed to dry for a few days before brewing. My first brew was made with fresh leaves, stems, flowers, and buds and was okay. The second brew was dried first and had a rich flavor. This tea really helped me to calm down, and I got a great sleep from it, but I didn't fall asleep any earlier than normal.
