Nice collection! Is Pink China hardy for you without protection? I always wanted to try elephant ears in the ground here, but cannas do not come up for me (some will come up for other people) so I doubt most elephant ears would come up either, but I heard that pink china is one of the most cold hardy.
All your elephant ears are so nice and healthy!
