Another herb I'm really interested in growing is Sweet Woodruff...because the leaves smell like Vanilla when dried.


The seeds are very fussy though and prefer 12°C (53°F) to germinate. I could never succeed at getting them to pop, but then it was a few years ago now that I tried.


I noticed too, it's an herb that actually isn't on Richard's huge list...unless I missed it.


I might try to germinate some seeds this season, now that Spring is coming. I believe it produces tiny white flowers. Hopefully I can get the seeds to sprout this time...
