Gosh ..... -20 is out of my scale range.... I can't even think about it....
When I've been in russia (moscow) and Finland(Rovaniemi) i was particulary lucky so I experienced only -3 , -4 ° so I can't compare such a cold temp!!!!!!
Maybe once in Prague I got a -10° and i was freezing (luckly I got warmed by the view of such beautiful girls !!!!!!!
