Default Grow Lights

I recently purchased some new grow bulbs and did some reading about color spectrums for bulbs. From my reading and experience I have found that floressant bulbs are by far the best. For growth make sure you use a daylight bulb (6500K is the best). I use mostly 100 watt daylight bulbs on my bananas, cacti. succulents and palms. I recently bought a 200 watt daylight bulb and I am using it on my caifornia fan palm which is in a 30gal pot inside now. The palm seems to love the bulb, its putting out a new leaf about every 4 weeks or so, almost as fast as the growth outside in the sun!!!
