My DX lenses would mute the full frame advantages of a D3. Unless your doing super wide angle stuff the D7000 is an all around a better camera according to Ken, and all that for $1200. Last time I looked very used D3's were still in the $2500 range, and with the D7000's 16 MP sensor you can crop and still have D3 image quality. I'd love the D3's 9 fps but 6 is way better than my current 4.5 that I still get good action shots with. I'm pretty sure I'm sold on this camera unless it's found to have major issues that Nikon can't fix which I doubt will happen.
