Since I have not given up on the M. Siam Ruby, but on obtaining a live plant from the US (to Canada) I am looking for a source of seeds, so I can grow a plant over winter.

U cant grow Siam Ruby from seed. Try something else, there are lot of beautifull species available to start from seeds.
