Words I understand:
vjetar - wind
jugoistoka - something about south (understand only because I know a little Slovak)
je - is
zapadnogo - west (understand only because I know a little Slovak)
naziv - called?
ili - or (just speculating)
ciklonom - cyclone
Sredozemlja - Mediterranean?

Jugo or Široko is a wind that blows from the southeast and is usually combined with a cyclona (climatic pressure system, not cyclone!) from the western Mediterranean....(following text is about what else is called Jugo)

That's the part that matters.
You should learn more Slovak. Frankly, after reading it and pronouncing it loudly, it sounds like Slovak and Russian combined, something that Easterners use as a dialect.
Btw. it's a cold and wet spell for Croatia.... Ay, Ante?
