i got my plants out this last week..
how cold does it get in NJ? here in provo ut.. we can
get below 0 not there for long..but can..
i pulled out my basjoo as well..they started as just 1ft tall..got
over 5' so im pretty pleased..
my biggest were ensete maurelii..and glaucum.. both got over
11' tall.. the maurelii is huge.. the base is really heavy..had help lifting that
out ..im storing in cold part of house..
what to do next yr after summers growth.. sigh.. but..
guess thats why we do this.. we love these plants..
