It seemed too much of a coincidence that I had bought some octopus at the Asian market with no real plans for it ....and some end of the season "new" potatoes at the farmers market ... and had some of the Dalmatian olive oil on hand ( always have fresh garlic on hand as well) so:
I thought it may be a good lunch... yup, I'm having it as I post this and this recipe's a keeper!
