Hi Tony and welcome to the forum.
I also live in Wichita,and been growing bananas,Palms and other tropicals for over 10 years now.
If you'd like to come see my set up,just give me call and we will set up a day and time.
There are several banana growers here in town,that you could also meet,and see there set up as well.
