Absolutely not....when I post in an intro thread, I first click 'welcome' THEN post (and I never remove welcomes). So if I posted in there, and it was an intro thread, I welcomed the member....period.

Also, this thread appears with no 'welcome' button....and no edit button, quick reply button, etc. Apparently there are glitches that are not known about.
