Andrew... your words turned out prophetic.. I spent the afternoon yesterday buillding a small fieldstone rock wall for a shade garden... probably lifted a couple of tons anyway to get the finished product..my back hurts... my legs hurt... my arms.... you get the idea. Didn't sleep well due to pain last night and tonight's not looking good either. Someone remind me to hire someone next time!
