Default Summer update

Its been a long and hot and HUMID summer. We are right around 20 inches of rain since June 1st... its just been soggy. Growth on the bananas has been impressive, yet maybe not quite as much as i thought considering the conditions. Still been fun and i have about 40 pups to dig up and pot up. No more storing corms, just leaving the big plants in the ground to weather the winter elements.

I have another little "island" with a mat of basjoos too...

I still can't believe the castor bean hasn't flowered...its about 12ft tall right now.
