This dwarf Cavendish was the third plant I ever tried to grow and it's finally working!
I was watering and checking plants this afternoon and saw something green by my banana plant. It is definitely a DC banana pup and it's the first time I've ever had a banana that made one!
I'm going to put some chicken wire over the top so nothing can break it off. Here are some photos!
The pup is on the left middle side of the first photo:
And here's a close up photo of the pup!
This is like total excite!
The pot is sort of small, though. How big should the pup be before I try putting the whole plant in a bigger pot?
