That is definitely not a Musa balbisiana. Looks like it could be Musa cheesmani or M. nagensium though. The leaf bases are a dead giveaway that it isn't Musa balbisiana. Nice plant, though me thinks he's asking a bit (WAY) too much for it, when you can the get a Musa cheesmani with a blackish pseudostem for whole bunch cheaper!
