I hope to be able to attend next time around. I love bananas and the fried plantains are exceptionally tasty! Does anyone has any baby plantain banana plant for trade? I have several types of bananas growing in my garden which I do not know the names of but I know I definately need a plantain so I need some help. Thanks, Jen
