RHUBARB PIE!!?? Or strawberry/rhubarb pie...cheesecake...kuchen!?? I knew a guy who never picked his rhubarb & one day his neighbor asked if she could have some. She brought him a pie she made of it & now every year he looks forward to her pie & she takes all his rhubarb.
